We currently do not have any mobility aids on site, so we invite you to bring your own. We cannot take responsibility for the functioning of any personal equipment inside the sauna, so if you would like assistance in leaving anything outside of the sauna while you are inside, then please speak to a member of staff who will be happy to help keep your belongings safe.

If not in use during the session, then wheelchairs would typically be stored outside. If weather is poor, then wheelchairs can be stored in the main building of Norman Park Community Sports Centre. If you would like us to look after medication while you sauna, for example, an EpiPen, please let a member of staff know.

Children
Parents are welcome to come to the sauna with their children; however, children must be supervised at all times. More information about our policy and booking can be found on our FAQ page.
Emergencies
There will always be a first-aid trained staff member on site at Norman Park Community Sports Centre. All staff are able to access the data you provided when signing up for an account, which includes details of next-of-kin and any health conditions you have chosen to disclose.
The nearest Accident and Emergency department is Princess Royal Hospital, Bromley, BR6 8ND
Declaration of partial compliance with the standard
We have a current lack in accessibility features, such as ramps, modified seating. Our saunas are not wheelchair accessible, and access to the saunas involves steps. Our changing areas and cold plunges have steps, and access may be challenging for those with limited mobility. There are accessible toilets and additional showers on-site.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide the best possible experience for all our guests, and we are committed to future improvement in our accessibility offerings.
