How hot is the Sauna?

 

Our sauna is an electric 10,5kw Narvi Peak, running at a consistent 95 degrees.

How cold are the ice baths?

 

We have one set at 4 degrees and one at 7 degrees.

 

Where can I park?

 

Parking is free in the main car park.

 

Are there toilets?

 

Yes, toilet facilities are located in the main clubhouse of Black Heath and Bromley Harriers, the Norman Park Community Sports Centre.

 

Is the shower hot?

 

No! Our outdoor shower is cold only, and perfectly refreshing...

 

Do I have to sit on a towel?

 

Yes, whilst in the sauna, we request every one sits on a towel, these are not provided.

 

Can I add water to the stones?

 

Yes, please go slowly and ask the other guests first.

 

Are there any sauna rules?
