How hot is the Sauna?

Our sauna is an electric 10,5kw Narvi Peak, running at a consistent 75 - 90 degrees.

How cold are the ice baths?

Our ice bath is set at 4 - 6 degrees and kept clean with an ozone system and filter, we hope to add a second ice bath early in 2026.

Where can I park?

Parking is free in the main car park.

Are there toilets?

Yes, toilet facilities are located in the main clubhouse of Black Heath and Bromley Harriers, the Norman Park Community Sports Centre.

Is the shower hot?

No! Our outdoor shower is cold only, and perfectly refreshing...

Do I have to sit on a towel?

Yes, whilst in the sauna, we request every one sits on a towel, these are not provided.

Can I add water to the stones?

Yes, please go slowly and ask the other guests first.

Do you have lockers?

Yes, please bring your own padlock and don't leave anything behind!

Are there any sauna rules?
